Family - Maternity

Is it really important to invest into family or maternity photos?

I like to take in the moment and not take photos.

I have continuously heard this growing up and as a result we don't have family photos and because of medical issues that has effected my memory I don't recall such precious moments. So I say DO IT. Get the photos done, print them out and bring out the photo albums when you have guests over! It is an underrated thing to do.
